Online support

To ensure functionality it is good to have a proper service agreement. A service agreement between Festum and the customer guarantees help when you need it. Our support service is developed with Kofax and Oracle environments in mind, and helps ensure a trustworthy and stable environment.

Among other things, the service includes:

  • Server monitoring with email and phone support
  • Remote, and if necessary, on-site support.
  • Regular log checking and backups.
  • Version control.
  • Preparations for changes, fixes, maintenance and update work requested by the customer.
  • Reporting and service information
  • Other agreed upon support and maintenance work.
