To ensure functionality it is good to have a proper service agreement. A service agreement between Festum and the customer guarantees help when you need it. Our support service is developed with Kofax and Oracle environments in mind, and helps ensure a trustworthy and stable environment.
Among other things, the service includes:
- Server monitoring with email and phone support
- Remote, and if necessary, on-site support.
- Regular log checking and backups.
- Version control.
- Preparations for changes, fixes, maintenance and update work requested by the customer.
- Reporting and service information
- Other agreed upon support and maintenance work.
